		<description>That's a great summary of the ettiquette and rules for sharing loot!  The only thing I could add is with the rolling for herbs/mines/skins, it is probably more equitable to take turns in picking/mining/skinning rather than rolling on each node.  

Pretty early in the piece I usually ask people what their professions are so I know what I can and can't take.

It would be so much easier if people would understand these rules and keep to them.  I hate being in instances and not being "allowed" to roll need on something when it is an upgrade for what I am currently using!  And on the other hand sometimes I'm reluctant to roll need when I'm the lowest level in the group because everything that drops for my class is an upgrade!  Who wouldn't want to be called a **GASP** ninja?!?!?!</description>
