A Troll? The Queen of the Ogres?
... as long as I don't have to take an Ogre husband and bear his Ogre children, I guess I can tolerate being the Queen of the Ogres...
After I finished dealing with Barthamus in Lower City when I reached Exalted with Netherwing and selected my [Reins of the Veridian Netherwing Drake], I kinda sat there for a second, on my new mount, wondering "what next".
One thing about being level 70, however, is that there's ALWAYS something going on, and scarily enough, there's so much demand for help that complete strangers are willing to take in HUNTERS into their parties to get their stuff done.
Doesn't everyone hate Hunters by level 70? ;) ;)
Neutral with Ogri'la - Lucky Girl!
Someone I'd never heard of before sent an LFG (looking for group) request over the General line for killing some elite guy very close to Shattrath, and since I didn't know what else to do, I whispered and offered to help and was presented with a party invite.
When I joined there were four of us - Tank, and 3 DPS, just looking for a healer. The healer arrived shortly afterwards and as it turned out, all of these guys were from the same guild - I was the only outsider!
We went through a number of quests rather quickly in the next hour or so... so quickly that while I got some screenshots later on, initially I didn't fully realize what we were working on and each time I thought it was the "last one" but it kept on turning into more.
Right at the start it became HUGELY obvious that I, as the outsider, was significantly behind in gearing from the rest of the group. From the start I was behind the TANK in damage dealt on the damage meters, and my KLH threat rating was pathetic, too. Fortunately, I was able to laugh at it and the rest of the team members also laughed and were extremely helpful in terms of making sure I got the right quests and got them completed as we went through it all.
Some time in the middle of our fight, someone asked when the Gruul's Lair run was for their guild that night... yes, yes, I was VERY VERY undergeared. Valdesta doesn't even have any gems in her few socketted items, nevermind purples from Karazhan.
By the end, I was crowned the Queen of the Ogres and found myself Neutral with Ogri'la.
I poked around outside Ogri'la camp site for a bit but then decided it was too advanced for what I wanted to be doing, that I should be giving some love to my other toons that had been neglected while I was working on the Netherwing Quest line.
It wasn't until a full week later that I realized I could go and freely pick Felweed in the Bloodmaul Ravine in Blade's Edge because I was now neutral with all of those Ogres! What a treat of a surprise that was.
If I were to send a "thank you" stack of potions to each of these various Gruul's Lair guys (mage, warrior, resto shaman and rogue), what would you suggest?

Thank you pots are a cool idea, wish I got some. Here is what I would send:
Mage - Mana Pots, all mages need mana pots
Tank - Elixer of defence, but those ancient lichen can be a killer, Health Pots are not a bad idea either
Healer - Elixer of Healing Power, my wife sucks these down like candy in Kara, or Mana Pots
Rouge - Agility or Onslaught, depending on build, but you really can't go wrong with either
Wow.. for like a minute I had to look and make sure you weren't the 5th wheel we picked up for those quests this weekend :) But wait.. you're a troll.. nope.. guess it wasn't you as the dwarf hunter ;)
Anyway.. finishing up the pre-Ogri'la quest chains opens up a couple daily quests.. do those for a few days and you can get up to 4 daily quests from them (Simon Says, Bombing Runs, Banish the Demons and Wrangling the Rays). I think you need to get to honored. That nets about 40g per day for very little work. AND Revered/Exalted with Ogri'la and Sha'tari Skyguard opens up access to a bunch of nice reputation rewards.
In fact I'm doing those in order to get the funds for my epic mount.. so that I can start on the netherdrake quests.
Hint on Simon Says:
I found that opening a say box and typing the letters of the colors into it makes remembering all the colors much much easier /say rrbygrb Then I just delete the letters before the next series.
Hint on Bombing Runs:

Hint on wrangling:
A hunter friend says he recalls his pets and stops auto-shot when the ray gets to 50%. Wrangle when they're at 20%.
Hint on Banish the Demons:
Eeh, just kill them. Avoid the corrupters.. group with someone. Skinning good.. makes lots of money skinning other people's abondoned felpuppy corpses.
