Here’s where I mounted up myself, after my guildmate mounted up on a box that is on the main floor of the boat you ride on to get across the ocean to another continent. If you look around I’m sure you can find other places you can mount up that you’re probably not supposed to be able to - as the whole of the boat doesn’t allow for mounting.
