Yep, the summoning stones are great.
But, in a PUG, the PUG leader is expected to LEAD, and leading includes doing things like getting prepared and repaired for a run and heading to the instance while securing the final party members.
If a PUG has all the members it needs, or it only needs one more, PvPing should cease, and getting to the dungeon should begin.
If you’re playing in a dungeon group with FRIENDS - ie: people who actually know you and especially that this wasn’t the first time your name has graced their screen - you can do what you want.
But when you’re playing with strangers, it’s my opinion that expecting a summon is rude. If you get one, that’s great, but if you’re sitting in the city duelling or you’re PvPing in a battleground while you wait for other people to get to the stone so you can “maximize your play time”, don’t be surprised if your friendship group dwindles or plain doesn’t get a chance to grow in the first place.
Better hope you’re a tank or a healer in this case, because if you’re a DPSer (like this guy was, spec’d Retribution), you have no idea how difficult you’re making your own instancing life in the future.
