Beware of Blackscale in Blade's Edge
I got a good shot of Blackscale the Dragon in Blade's Edge at one point, and just wanted to share it.
Blackscale is one of the many "hazards in the air" in Outland. Some zones are free of these flying menaces, but Blade's Edge is certainly not one of those zones, especially if you're anywhere near anything crystalline in structure.
Check out how Blackscale is fighting with a Raven, chowing down on him. Soon the Raven will be like the other corpses on the ground, which were there when I arrived so I can only assume the Dragon got them too.
I beetled out of there before confirming the Raven's death, however. One screenshot and I went on along my way.

I love the section of Blade's Edge that has all the Dragon corpses spiked to death! :-)
Any hints/tips/thoughts/suggestions on best places in BE to go to? I've just been randomly getting quests and stuff, however I'm not ladened with group quests that I can't complete on my own and every time I can get someone to help me, it usually ends up in a dungeon crawl... which is good in its own way, but my log is still 75% filled with group quests... /sigh.
Hmm, I'll write up another Blade's Edge entry for sure - to show the dragons dead on the spikes if nothing else! (oh the fun things you find while flying)
I was fortunate with Blade's Edge - once I hit the first town there, a friend of mine came over and ran me to the two additional flight paths in the zone, then brought me into Netherstorm to Area 52 and all the way to Stormspire, adding 4 more flight paths to my map in that one trip.
I returned that favor at least 5 times so far with other guildmates, it was so helpful.
Soon, I shall post on this topic again! :)
