There is no pressure to get better gear, run heroics all night for badges etc, not i can level at a nice pace and have some fun. I am a tank of a guild, and alot of demands are made upon me to the point the game isn't that much fun anymore. So some 'off' raiding nights I just log in and work on my alts.
