Tips On How To Party With A….

The toughest thing about moving from Solo play to Group/Instance play is knowing how to team up with other players of other classes and effectively and efficiently tackle the content in front of your group. Strategies that worked well in a Solo situation may still work while in a Group, but if there are two or more members working together towards a goal, it’s usually better to plan strategies together to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, mana use and the likes.

Playing Strategies For Your Toon In Group Situations

Some of these entries will mention specs, but the generalized strategies are similar no matter what spec you choose, especially at low levels (ie: under 40). Choose your own spec but keep the following advice in mind:

Playing Strategies When Grouping With Other Classes

No matter what your playing partners are spec’d with, there are basics to keep in mind for working with them effectively and efficiently. Talent spec has minimal influence on group success at low levels, so work on improving your strategies and teamwork skills first and foremost:

  • Warrior
  • Mage
  • Priest
  • Warlock
  • Rogue
  • Paladin
  • Druid
  • Shaman
