Gear is pretty, gear is useful - gear is required.

But these days, EVERYONE has good gear.

So how do you tell the difference between well-geared "noob" raiders and well-geared "seasoned" raiders?

Specific Gems and high level Enchants are an important part of a Seasoned Raider's gearing arsenal, and even their leveling alts benefit!

You won't get into a solid progression Raiding Team without applying this knowledge, and you might even get squeezed out of your existing raid spot!!
